Genre choice

After much discussion we as a group have decided that the trailer would be most effective as a horror movie. This way the outcome of our trailer will have the most effect on the audience. Competition is fierce when creating a horror movie so we aim to create a different trailer that hasn't been done before. We created the introduction to a horror movie in our AS project and as a group we were keen to have the challenge of creating a different plot ,movie trailer and poster in the same genre. We found that props and make-up had a large effect on the overall outcome of our piece.Giving the audience an emotional experience knowing you had created it had great rewards.
